Pope Francis Challenges Liberals and Conservatives on Nature
Now that the dust has settled a bit on our Holy Father's latest encyclical, Laudato Sí, I think it might be time to take another look at this great document. People, many non-Catholic, on both "the left" and "the right" have attempted to view the encyclical through a binary, political lens, but reading the beginning of the document carefully provides a hermeneutical key which Catholics can use to see the "environmentalist" debate in an entirely new light.
